Flats are fully furnished and have the whole spectrum of necessary things: dishes, cutlery, tea, coffee, sugar. In the bathroom you will find sets of towels and different soaps. Cleaning is done twice a week (or more if you wish). Once a week the linens and towels are changed.

I had one right in the centre next to the Circus… I got to see all the landmarks and nightclubs, pubs-cafes, everything is walking distance… no hassle whatsoever, I stayed four days and went off for Ukraine.. will do it again if ever in these parts… anyway, lads, stop wasting time and get one of these dudes get you a place a.s.a.p.! have fun!! I am Mharab Rishabus from New Delhi. I came to Minsk for a week and stayed with http://www.kvartiraminsk.com/. The cost was very reasonable and the firm gave me a discount for staying seven days in a stretch. It was a three room flat with a homely sitting room, a cosy bedroom and a study. In the living room there was a huge home theatre with a great sound system, DVD, Blu-ray. The flat was furnished in a modern style and the kitchen had all the amenities I needed. A lady came in to clean and do the laundry at the hours that were convenient to me. Frankly speaking, I never saw her, the flat was spotless as if by magic. I talked to some friends who stayed at the hotel. They complained about the noise at nights from the restaurant and even theft. This is unheard of here. I had the best stay ever, the guys saw me around the city, told me about the best cafes and night clubs. I had broadband in the flat so I was connected to my friends at all times.
